- Propositions 2,4,12,15, and 16 are all about borrowing more money
because politicians are having a tough time buying elections with the amount
of money they receive as tax revenue. They call them "bonds", but rest
assured, selling bonds is exactly the same as borrowing money. It will have
to be paid back with interest and this will guarantee higher taxes. We are
borrowed to the hilt. If politicians suddenly reformed and started living
within their means (which they won't), it would be several generations
before we can pay off what has already been borrowed. Proposition 15 is
another 3 billion for cancer research. What happened to the Lance Armstrong
$5 billion that was just borrowed a couple of years ago? Did you hear of a
single additional case of cancer being cured? Please vote NO to all
borrowing. Vote NO on bond issues.
