Subject: Woman having sex with 16 year old male.

This is written to the Williamson County Judge, prosecutors, jury, and enablers in the State Legislature in the matter of the woman whom you just found guilty and sentenced to 20 years in prison for having sex with a 16 year old male neighbor. As if that wasn’t enough, you then took away her 4 and 5 year old children forever. What were you thinking? It was consensual sex. There was no force and no coercion. It was the luckiest day of that fellow’s life. No one was harmed in any way. On the scale of justice, I rank your actions right up there with Salem witch burnings, the murdering of Jews, and Sharia law stonings of adulterous women.  You have destroyed a woman’s life just to show on what moral high-horses you ride. You would have been much kinder sentencing her to death. Then God would have been really proud of you, huh?

        Subject: Pat Rose

It was very thoughtful of the Statesman to give Pat Rose $10,000 worth of free advertising to kick off his reelection campaign in last Monday’s paper. He really needs the help in achieving his goal of a cool million in campaign contributions. And now. . . the rest of the story: Much of the money that he raises will go to funding other liberal PACs, not in paying for his own campaign. The special interests obviously have been getting what they paid for if they keep giving so much, particularly the government education bureaucrats. Pat’s interest in borrowing 3 billion dollars to fund cancer research makes me wonder how much of that 3 billion will go to fund the Porsche payments of wealthy cancer research doctors that have contributed to his campaign.

Pat, My grandkids can’t afford for the government to borrow any more money for them. They will be working most of their lives paying off government borrowing as it is. For that 3 Billion we will get about 10 cents worth of real cancer research.

Presidential candidate, Ron Paul, recently stated "Infrastructure, in a capitalist model, is an asset worthy of maintaining to ensure continuity of revenue. In a government controlled model, infrastructure is nothing but a cumbersome liability." One "cumbersome liability" that was neglected was a bridge in Minneapolis whereupon several people died. If that bridge had been privately owned, there would be several people in jail on charges of negligent homicide. Why not the same when the government owns the bridge?  Is it expected that the bureaucrats in charge of bridge maintenance are just a bunch of screw-ups and thereby not to be blamed? Well, then I'd like to be the first to call for their heads. It is time that we held government accountable just as they would hold us. They will, of course, plead that they just didn't have enough money and need to raise taxes. There was enough money to build a $240 million dollar bridge-to-nowhere in Alaska, wasn't there?

Stand back the next time I hear the term Civil Servants, because I'm going to heave. Bureaucrats like Toby Futrell, who produced few marketable services or products in her life, can retire with a bajillion dollar per year pension after only 30 years on the job. I will have worked almost 50 years when my pension (Social Security) kicks in. It won't be enough to pay my property taxes. I guess we work so much longer than them in order to ensure that Ms. Do-little Bureaucrat can retire at 52 years of age. We should call them Civil Massahs because we, indeed, are their slaves.

The [Austin American] statesman recently ripped my opponent for State Representative, Pat Rose, for endorsing legislation to keep private information concerning holders of concealed carry permits. They called it pandering to the gun lobby. Horse manure and good for you, Pat. This is a privacy and 2nd amendment issue. If even one person hesitates to exercise his 2nd amendment rights because that information will become public, it is too many. Funny how the Statesman thinks privacy trumps all other arguments when it comes to abortion, but not the 2nd amendment. Pat Rose is right on with his stance against government gun control. Now if he will just come around on the issue of government education control.

This is the pork that the "most ethical congress ever" lead by Nancy Pelosi put into the Emergency War Funding Act to buy votes for that act. Democrats or Republicans. . . It's all the same. Vote Libertarian to stop this.
