I was born in 1948 San Antonio. I married my wife, Diane, in 1972. I have been happily married ever since with two sons and three beautiful granddaughters. I am a managing partner in ATEX Engineering.

 

I have 36 years of construction, management, and design experience and two years of college.

 

My family includes my brother Richard who is retired as the Deputy Chief of Police of San Antonio and my uncle Harold Gleinser who just retired as the County Judge for Goliad County.
